Demo and Setup

Your demo will take approximately one hour. During this time, we will run through the software, answer any questions you may have, and take the opportunity to understand your needs. Our goal is to show you how Careview can help you work smarter, not harder.

To join the demo, we will send you a link through our online calendar when you book a demonstration. Simply click on the link sent to your email at the scheduled time. You can choose between Zoom or Microsoft Teams for your online demo. Please note that the Specialist will disconnect after 15 minutes if no attendees are connected.

The demo is fully personalised to your organisation’s needs. If you’d like other team members to join, you can easily add them to the meeting invitation.

Onboarding and Training

Onboarding usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the size of your organisation. We will discuss a timeline with you during your demonstration to ensure a smooth process

Yes, we provide comprehensive training as part of the onboarding process. Our training is designed to ensure you understand how to use our NDIS software and get the most out of Careview’s features.

You will be assigned an implementation specialist to support you through the onboarding process. Your specialist will act as your first point of contact, helping you get set up and build a strong working relationship for ongoing support.

Free Trial and Subscription

Yes, we offer a 2-week free trial of Careview. We will explain how to access your free trial during the demonstration. Before subscribing, we want you to experience our NDIS software and see how it can benefit your organisation.

The cost of Careview’s NDIS software depends on your subscription plan. For detailed pricing, please refer to the pricing page on our website.

Careview subscription fees are billed monthly, providing you with ongoing access to our software and support services.

Plan Management Pricing

All  NDIS Plan Management software subscriptions include access to our CRM and Plan Management modules, free access to Careview Advantage for clients, bulk NDIS claiming, and integrations with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks for invoice extracts.

Our NDIS Plan Management software pricing is customised based on the number of client profiles. For example, managing 100 client profiles costs $780 per month. Pricing can be adjusted using the slider on our pricing page to suit your organisation’s needs.

Yes, we offer a free trial period for all NDIS Plan Management software subscriptions so you can experience the platform before committing.

Yes, Plan Managers with more than 750 active clients can purchase additional client packs as needed.

NDIS Support Coordination Software Pricing

Our NDIS Support Coordination software subscriptions include access to our CRM and Support Coordination modules, case note management, bulk NDIS claiming, and integrations with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks for invoice extracts.

Support Coordination pricing is customised based on the number of client profiles. For instance, managing 20 client profiles costs $150 per month. Pricing can be adjusted using the slider on our pricing page to reflect your organisation’s size.

Yes, organisations with more than 250 active clients can purchase additional client packs as needed.

Combination Pricing

Combination Pricing is ideal for organisations that provide both Plan Management and Support Coordination services. It includes access to all CRM, Plan Management, and Support Coordination modules.

Combination subscriptions offer 2 free user licenses, bulk NDIS claiming, ABA downloads for online banking payments, automated monthly statements for Plan Management clients, and integrations with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks. Additional user licenses are available for $15 per month.

Yes, organisations with more than 700 active clients can purchase additional client packs as needed.

Yes, we offer a free trial for Combination Pricing, so you can explore all available modules before subscribing.

Billing and Payment

Careview subscription fees are billed monthly. Subscriptions are prorated based on the monthly billing cycle, and payments are made in advance by credit card.
